The mission of the Pedinotti family and staff is to provide the Saratoga community, and those who visit the community, with locally sourced organic cuisine, prepared in unique, creative, and delicious ways.

We feature high quality organic and heirloom vegetables from local farms. We use free-range, hormone and chemical-free lamb, beef, chicken, veal and other meats. All of our fish and seafood is purchased thoughtfully and with great concern for the environment.

Besides trying to enrich Saratoga with a conscientious mission to support the local economy and environment, the Pedinotti family also seeks to provide customers with an atmosphere rich in culture and history. The walls of the restaurant are adorned with the faces of those who have insprired a culture of jazz and musicianship in Saratoga in the past, present and future.
